Request documentationLuvant Group LLC procures inventory exclusively through manufacturers, authorized distributors and licensed wholesalers capable of providing valid documentation of title, including invoices that establish a clean chain of custody from brand to point of sale. We do not source from unverified resellers, liquidators of unknown origin, or channels lacking a documented supply history.
We do not distribute any product in a manner that conflicts with a brand owner's distribution policy, minimum advertised pricing agreements, or territory and channel restrictions. Where a brand restricts resale to a defined set of partners, that restriction is respected without exception — we will decline a sourcing opportunity rather than circumvent it.
Luvant Group LLC holds a valid Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax issued by the State of Florida, confirming our status as a legitimate wholesale buyer authorized to purchase inventory for resale without collection of sales tax at the point of purchase. The certificate is available on request and renewed annually in compliance with Florida Department of Revenue requirements.
As a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, Luvant Group LLC operates in accordance with applicable federal and state commercial regulations, including product safety, labeling and import/export requirements relevant to each category we distribute.
Incoming inventory is inspected against condition, packaging and authenticity criteria prior to distribution intake. Units that do not conform to brand or quality standards are removed from the distribution stream rather than introduced to any retail channel.
New supplier relationships are evaluated on documentation quality, pricing transparency and consistency of supply prior to any purchase commitment. Existing relationships are subject to periodic review to confirm continued compliance.
Pricing, volume commitments and supplier identities shared with Luvant Group LLC during the partnership evaluation process are treated as confidential business information and are not disclosed to third parties.
